Surrogacy Program Coordinator at Coast to Coast Surrogacy

Monica Garvin

Program Coordinator

Monica is the Program Coordinator at Coast to Coast Surrogacy, where she guides women through one of the most meaningful journeys of their lives. With a strong background in operations and program development within the reproductive health space, she brings structure, clarity, and steady leadership to every stage of the surrogacy process.

As a mother of three, Monica understands the hope and vulnerability that come with building a family. During a season in her own life when IVF felt like the only path forward, she experienced firsthand the emotional weight of fertility challenges. That chapter shaped her empathy and strengthened her commitment to ensuring that no woman feels unsupported, unheard, or uncertain along the way.

Monica believes that education builds confidence, transparency fosters trust, and thoughtful advocacy provides true protection. She is committed to offering clear guidance, consistent communication, and respectful support so that every surrogate feels informed, valued, and secure from beginning to end.

For Monica, this work is deeply personal. She approaches every relationship with the same care, integrity, and intention she would want for her own family.

Surrogacy Intake Specialist at Coast to Coast Surrogacy

Christian Fountain

Intake Specialist

Christian is the Intake Specialist at Coast to Coast Surrogacy and brings both personal experience and thoughtful guidance to every new application. Before joining the agency team, she was a surrogate herself, an experience that deeply shaped how she supports the women who begin this process.

Drawn to surrogacy by a desire to give back in a meaningful way, Christian understands the hope, excitement, and uncertainty that can come with applying. She remembers what it felt like to search for the right Intended Parents, to navigate medications and appointments, and to carry the responsibility of helping build a family. That lived perspective allows her to approach each applicant with empathy, honesty, and care.

Christian believes intake is more than paperwork. It is the foundation of the entire journey. She takes time to ask thoughtful questions, encourage reflection, and ensure that every potential surrogate feels informed, confident, and supported from the very beginning. She is especially passionate about helping women understand that while they are helping create a family, this is also their journey. Their voice, comfort, and boundaries matter.

Christian is deeply protective of the women who apply. She sees their generosity and strength, and she considers it a privilege to walk beside them as they take this meaningful step.
