Christy Lanaux is the Founder, CEO and President of Coast to Coast Surrogacy. Her passion for surrogacy began long before launching the agency.
She started her career as a surrogate consultant and gained hands-on experience in several roles throughout the industry. That foundation gave her a deep understanding of what intended parents and surrogates need to feel informed, supported and genuinely cared for throughout their journeys.
As a proud military wife for over 22 years, Christy understands what it means to navigate uncertainty, adapt to change and build meaningful connections wherever life leads. She and her husband have raised two daughters and moved more than 15 times as a military family. Those experiences helped shape the steady, compassionate and solutions-focused approach she brings to Coast to Coast Surrogacy today.
She believes that while the surrogacy journey can be complex, it should always be rooted in hope and trust. The values that Coast to Coast Surrogacy is built on.
Christy remains closely involved in the journey, from meeting prospective surrogates and intended parents to celebrating the arrival of a new baby. Her greatest privilege is helping create thoughtful matches and guiding families through one of the most meaningful chapters of their lives.
Monica is the Director of Programs & Operations at Coast to Coast Surrogacy, where she guides women through one of the most meaningful journeys of their lives. With a strong background in operations and program development within the reproductive health space, she brings structure, clarity, and steady leadership to every stage of the surrogacy process.
As a mother of three, Monica understands the hope and vulnerability that come with building a family. During a season in her own life when IVF felt like the only path forward, she experienced firsthand the emotional weight of fertility challenges. That chapter shaped her empathy and strengthened her commitment to ensuring that no woman feels unsupported, unheard, or uncertain along the way.
Monica believes that education builds confidence, transparency fosters trust, and thoughtful advocacy provides true protection. She is committed to offering clear guidance, consistent communication, and respectful support so that every surrogate feels informed, valued, and secure from beginning to end.

Rachel is our Intake & Matching Coordinator, and she truly believes that meaningful relationships begin with taking the time to listen, connect, and understand each person’s unique story. With a background in marketing and sales, she brings a natural ability to connect with people, along with a warm and thoughtful approach to building relationships.
As a mother of three and a two-time experienced surrogate, Rachel has a personal understanding of the surrogacy journey. She has experienced both the beautiful moments and the challenges that can come with the process, giving her a genuine appreciation for the trust, vulnerability, and emotions involved. Her own experiences allow her to meet others with empathy, understanding, and compassion.
Rachel loves getting to know the people she works with and helping them feel comfortable, supported, and truly heard. She takes a personal approach to matching, thoughtfully considering each person’s hopes, needs, and personality to help create connections that feel natural and right.
Outside of work, Rachel is an avid outdoorswoman and a mom who loves spending time in nature and making memories with her family. Whether she’s exploring the outdoors or connecting with others, Rachel brings warmth, authenticity, and a genuine heart to everything she does.
